Staring at him was all I could do until the surgery was over.

Our beautiful baby boy was born on October 2 weighing 9 lb 1 oz and measuring 19 in. He came a week and a half early via c-section. I wanted to try my hand at natural childbirth but my doctor was concerned about the size of the baby. It didn't help that he wasn't dropping nor was my body preparing for labor. After a few prayers and tears I calmly prepared for his birth. It was so simple to drive to the hospital, be prepared for surgery and 25 minutes later have a healthy baby!
